• You may return any unused, brand-new items purchased from SatLaj Mart, as well as any item that was damaged upon arrival.
• Returns and Refunds are not accepted on Customized products.
• Within 7 days of order delivery, if any item is flawed, please contact us at satlajimpex@gmail.com, and we will send a free return label through email. Once we receive the flawed item, a refund will be submitted. Ordering the wrong style or size does not constitute a flaw.
• If the Product received is broken or damaged, immediately contact SatLaj Mart @ satlajimpex@gmail.com, with proof of damage within 24 hours of delivery, otherwise Return/Refund will not be entertained in this scenario.
• HOLIDAY RETURNS - Orders placed between November 15 - December 31 have an extended return window through January 15, 2024. Accessories, home decor, and Gift Shop items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
• Final Sale Items -Accessories, home decor, and items from The Extras Sale collection are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
• Anything after 7 days of delivery does not qualify for a return or exchange. Items that have been worn or washed, Without Tags do not qualify for return or exchange.
